valid ??? — hey guys..hope u had a nice weekend....its getting quiet in here. maybe its because of the Columbus holiday.. is this a valid trend follower setup up? the only thing wrong in here is the time (7:40am)..wat do u guys think?

as at 10:53 GMT, the GU went 19 pips up and 27 pips for GJ.... isnt that ok? all depends on you. i took those trades made 30pips from both. exited bcos of the uk distributive news.

it was SUPER VALID!!!! just look at the price now..its at 115.66. you entered at 115.24 which was nice..and it never got below that.

i actually use the ''MACD Divergence indicator'' to CONFIRM the trend. i just included it with the trend follower. mainly use it as a cross over.

i actually trade the following pairs.......eur/usd, gbp/usd, gbp/jpy, aud/usd, usd/cad, nzd/usd, usd/chf, eur/gbp, gbp/chf and i look for 20 pips from all of them. 20*9=180 pips.

the wicker's system works on Asian hours....i attach MACD divergence indicator to my charts .....once all the ''stars align'' and the MACD divergence indicator is heading the same direction as the trend follower.....i go for it. i look for 20 pips ...

am sure you went short on the EUR/USD pair.. but usually by this time the EUR/USD doesnt put down enough pips.
