if you check his ticket time you will see that he enters a trade at any posible time around the clock, of course he pays attention to news time (the reason you just saw the price move from R2 to S1), and also if you read through the blog he is aware ...

Re times zones — I am pretty sure the FXCM metatrader time is london time (GMT+1), and the FXCM trading station is New York time being (GMT-4) - the new york time is the time displayed with Gregs trades
