Surely the data in the UK recently doesn't support a further rise? No interest rate hikes anytime soon, softer PMI data and the move today? UK Manufacturing is tiny.

No its not standard to ask for a lower price - if anything in the UK I would say you ask for a slightly higher price. The flat was being sold as seen - plus a couple of k towards building renovations on top of asking price.

Wow good US numbers and nothing happens - bad Euro numbers earlier and Euro goes up - no sense at all.
