Well it's always a good idea to follow the trend. For me I only reference longer timeframe if i'm on the 5min, if I'm trading 15 I just follow the rules.

As for profit taking I just trail price as I go. I am looking into Spudfyre's way, once up 20 pips lock in 7, once up 30 pips lock in 14 and once up 35 pips lock in 20. I think from there leave 20 pips locked and let it go baby

cool cheers! Their only accepting Dollar accounts at the mo but I beleive multi currency accounts will come in within the next couple of months. Will keep my live account with cms for now and keep EFX in my bookmarks
