What worked for me was to manually type or (cut & paste) "FXCM-USDReal09" in the menu prompt (drop down menu). You can also manually type the data in the "options" menu under server.

I too received the same notice.....in 2004 I left FXCM for IBFX and have been with IBFX ever since. I switched because I was not happy with FCXM's execution & wild spread fluctuations. I hope many things have improved since then........
