Yes saw them here too. This has been going on for the past 5 hours, each spike occurring at exactly 5mins past the hour (9:05am, 10:05am, etc, all times EST). Each time the bid jumped to 1.9772, but the ask did not move in tandem. time bid ask ...

Justin, Any idea what caused this on the AUD/USD book around 6:40pm? image Roughly the same exact thing happened at IB, as seen here. I know you guys share several of the same liquidity providers (spreads are nearly identical & move in lock step). ...

Precisely. Leave the top calling to Jamie Saettele at DailyFX, who last month called a multi-year top (some 300 pips ago), although that's an improvement from his brazen call last summer for a return to .5000!!

I wouldn't bet a dime on an RSI divergence, or any technical divergence for that matter. Most of the time they're completely useless. Daily RSI has been divergent since late Feb, weekly RSI divergent since last July. Not exactly great signals..

Oh really? What is their NFA member number? CFTC registration? FINRA? Please. ARIF is a joke so don't bother mentioning it. Crown gives all new meaning to the term 'bucketshop'.

It was good for 18 pips!
In all fairness, 1.5 was the more significant breakout (as it had been building from 11/23 - 2/27). 1.6 didn't hold nearly as much technical significance, hence the lack of follow through/exhaustion top.Aussie Pairs

Why are so many fighting the trend here? 20-year breakout + hawkish RBA + USD selling off everywhere else = BUY not short!

Impressive numbers. So at 5M - 10M per trade, and 1-2 yards a day, you're doing between ~50 - 150 round turns daily? What's your average hold time and TP? Coming from a fraction of your volume, I guess I'll count my blessings that HS will even give ...

Is this a volume negotiated rate or DB's standard rate for PB accounts? Also, aren't those spreads a bit conservative? Every time I fire up the FXi or FXr demo it seems like half the screen is in sub-pip territory, though it might just be the time ...

Average spreads by hour on MBT for all pairs, conducted last Feb: url Would be great if the same test could be conducted for IB, HotSpot, etc so we could get a better ECN comparison.

This gaping flaw - the server timezone dictating when daily periods end - is only unique to MT4 (and it should have been fixed ages ago). All other FX charting platforms I've used employ a universal 5pm EST daily period close regardless of what ...
