I see two possible scenarios ahead. I think 'a' before 'b', because of the compressed volatility of the second cycle. From experience EUR/USD often sweeps out both the longs and shorts before the 'big move'. image

I don't think it will repeat exactly the same as second cycle. IMHO I think it will be some variation with spike high 1.2500 to sweep stops of short sellers then pushing down to 1.2350 pause then down to 1.2200 I don't see it as fake or fantasy ...
