You have to use minutes for the input. so daily is 1440. If you open the indicator in meta editor it should tell you what the others are.

You could use the MTF_ATR indicator. It wont put them in the corner all pretty for you but will do the job. You can either add all 3 to the same window or to 3 diff windows and shrink them up to just show the text.

Thank you Mr Green, this was the point I was getting to. Unfortunately, having 22 chart on a 15.4 inch monitor probably wont help you. You probably wouldn't see more than 5 candles per chart lol. Can I ask why you need to see 22 charts?
