It always uses the one named default. If you want all charts to open a certain way you can save the chart you like to a template naming or over writing the one named default. You can set the default template however you want.

In the tester window click on the 'optimization results' tab then right-mouse-click in the window and remove the check mark in front of 'skip useless results'. You have to start the optimization to see the 'optimization results' tab.
