Correct. But you forget the most important thing called - Time, which you have more than any of us. if you start trading @ 50 , by the time you start making money , you would be dead.

I would not trade that level. I usually look for R-B-D or D-B-R patterns. R-B-R and D-B-D are not very reliable patterns, however they work sometimes.

What is complicated in my posts. I do not use any indicators at all. I have followed Sam's rules. All i m saying is to look for R-B-D and D-B-R patterns. what is so complicated in this?. Infact , this is what Sam preaches.

An example... Also note, that Rallies and drops must be "clean". clean meaning that there is not much selling in rallies and not much buying in drops. This is critical for a good level. Clean R-B-R and D-B-R.

we don't know that for sure, as the drop 1 is not clearly shown the picture. I'd be happy to post plenty of live, working samples of good levels. better to study from real markets than the ones photo shoped.

When trying to pick levels. you must look for a mountains and valleys. the bigger the mountains and valleys , the better the levels are. if you look at sam's levels in the chart . look the left(not shown clearly in pic) there was a good drop into ...
