GOLD as I m observing a H&S pattern forming on chart.in case of 2250 breakdown the price may sharply go down to 4H demand zone. But it is important that 4H candle should be close below 2250 clearly.

if 4H candle close below 2350 then next DEMAND zone is 2270-2290...I m seeing a big dip and it is essential for upside move.currently price will not go up as 95% peoples seeing.
