This is a question you should really be asking your broker. If it is an error and it screwed up a trade they should be able to rectify it, and if they don't you should find another broker.

Not sure with IBFX but are you making sure you are trying to log into the demo server? If you are and it still isn't working, why not just create a new demo account?
