I remember the volatility decreased on EURUSD up to a range of 8-10 pips for 12 hours... I wonder how much time till the 1.1602 level of elections night will be tested again on EURUSD...I still bet it will be before 3 Nov...LOL

Also a strange event is that this month can be missed even 200 pips ATR target on EURUSD...and the price level is divergent with economic data in EU and US...also some conflictes worldwide and the USD don't strengthen at all...

This weekly close looks bad and in fact 3 out of last 5 weeks looks bad (with an ATR less than 150 pips), while the weekly mean ATR over the past 55 weeks is 174.8 pips... Also the monthly ATR missed even the 200 pips ATR, while the monthly mean ATR ...
