Your original entry was reasonable however the market has defied you. There is a possibility of a down-bounce from 102.20 however you should consider whether the current move will return to last week's highs around 103.50

The Nikkei fell 7% on China's manufacturing data. This is 'risk-off' so Yen stronger, there is some US data starting in 2.5 hours which may pump up UJ.

I agree with what you wrote in post #2, however it is dangerous I feel to talk in absolutes. The western world, including Europe, has been in depression since 2009, IMHO, and it is the QE which has saved some from being severely battered.
