Try MT4 brokers such as IBFX, FXCM MT4 to name a few. IBFX even allow micro 0.01 lot (ie $0.10 per pip).

Dont judge a broker by its spread specially on demo accounts. If that is the case, why not trade on a broker that offeres 0~1 spread on their demo? They exists today, gone a few weeks later. Get a broker that is stable.
