I don't know of a website that would cover all brokers. You could check with your broker. There are some differences between brokers. Here are the hours for a couple of brokers:

FXDD changes their server time to +3 during Summer time.

FXDD GMT+2 or GMT+3

1 cent per pip limits the selection. A micro lot would normally be 10 cents a pip. There are more brokers at that level. Are you only looking for the 'under 10 cent per pip' options?
