Also, they are rolling-over the bonds as they mature and using the interest payments to buy more MBS. There will come a point when the take from all these bonds etc will be enough to sustain QE without creating any new money.

Disagree. Good NFP means risk-on, that is bad for both USD and JPY. By 'bad' I mean relatively....

Abe's other stated goal is to introduce a little inflation. Applying sales tax in measured steps will do that. That leaves further money-printing and Yen weakening for later when another boost to the export side of the economy may be needed.
