They have a terrible rating on forexpeacearmy .. and I have heard some pretty bad things about them, mostly involving taking out stops. I checked them out in the beginning and was not comfortable with them at all.

You can also change leverage anytime "on the fly" even if you have trades on. I don't know about customer service as I have never needed it in 4 months, everything works
