It says 'per million traded' so presumably per side (which is the usual way to state fees) P.S. actually its says 'per million units traded' - which is exceptionally cheap, usually fees are quoted 'per million USD traded'.

$17.50 per million is a rather competitive rate. Unfortunately they only provide MT4 and no Currenex frontend like Alpari UK.
