I dont see Sandy as full negative, unless it destroys some crucial infrastructure. It will bring alot of work to large and small contractors at the cost to insurance companies. If it goes katrina, and FEMA has to spend boatloads of gov't funds, then ...

Interesting — Interesting news, but not sure how it will be used to trigger markets. Sounds generally neagative, other than shale discovery. But the discovery in itself seems convenient 1 week prior to elections.

I agree, just not sure when they will take it there. The Euro bear will roar either before he beds down for winter nap, or once he awakes in spring. Both EW wave counts call for it, and plenty of news triggers they can use to trigger it.
