      No, don't put camv5 in your indicator file. Program Files --> your broker (metatader) --> Experts. Save there. Close. Reopen. Click the Navigator button at top of platform, then Experts and you should see it and be able to drag onto your chart.

      No, just keep it on a separate chart and do not close that chart. You can minimize it, just don't close it. If you want to check higher TFs for GU, open another GU chart and refer to that one instead of switching the EA chart between TFs.
