On a single day basis, N/J has nothing on A/J, up nearly 6% since 5pm yesterday!! Unbelievable..

We're in the exact same boat, I could've written that myself. I've tested every demo MT4 server, and there is one in particular that aligns pretty much exactly to my ECN feed. I have QuoteTracker running directly off the ECN feed on the 2nd monitor, ...

And there have been quite a few. RenTech, Citadel, D.E. Shaw, Paulson & Co. still kicking it strong, I'm convinced Jim Simmons is either an android or Jesus.

I differ in opinion on this aspect. I feel it is exactly the interference from central bankers (non-profit driven participants) that results in some portion of non-random price activity, the antithesis of chaos. Unfortunately, I don't have a shred ...

Exactly, hence market-driven (you can call it bank-driven, same thing). I also wouldn't assume that a broker works with only one bank (as you imply), if that's the case for yours, I would definitely recommend switching brokers! Thank for you the ...

Ah ok, so if one only uses MT4 for charting, and trades through a different venue, this indicator won't work then, right?

I disagree. Spreads and swaps are market-driven variables. Your broker should not have the discretion to increase spreads and swaps irrespective of the same variables in the market. Yes, brokers can do so, but they do so at the detriment of their ...

So are you trading via an FCM through CQG? If so, which one? FCStone supports CQG, but they're the ones that told me about the $20k/month client subscription fee for EBS.

Interesting idea.. Do you already have EBS feed through a PB? Last I heard, subscription rates were around $20k/month.

Interesting. Does it auto-backfill the same way your current auto-TL indicators work? Or does it only draw the arrows/TLs on a going-forward basis?

Wow! Spreads are higher at MBT and IB this week in light of all the market turmoil, but they're not that high (esp. at this hour when things have calmed down a bit).

This isn't just MBT, it's market-wide. 3 different ECNs I use are all showing the same (very wide) spreads the past few days, mainly due to the Lehman & AIG uncertainties, FOMC, massive deleveraging, etc.
