You cant judge liquidity from MT4. You know, it lacks a marketdepth display. As for lmax during news, they have live-prices on their website - you can check that yoursefl.

EuroFX on CME currently needs $3300 for an overnight position per contract, roughly 38:1 and futures brokers are not allowed to provide lower margins than the exchange minimum. Some provide lower margins intraday, up to 250:1 tho.

I know some people who work for banks - and they are not allowed to trade a personal account, or atleast they need to clear every trade with compliance beforehand, which is a major PITA, so hardly anyone does it. Maybe its different for fx brokers.
