I like EU and GU better for shorts. In them both off hourly entrances. AU is currently above a pivot. So, that's why I personally passed on it. It could work out good though, the three can often move in the same direction. If it goes past the pivot ...

As per the rules a flat TDI is an exit, I wouldn't wait for a hook to get out, you'd most likely end up giving even more pips back. Also, remember that the rules state to get in at the start of candle 1 or 2. So, if you let candle 1 or 2 run before ...

Are you closing trades every time the TDI goes flat or changes, no matter if it's at the start of a candle or not? Because you are only supposed to make an entrance or exit based on that on the opening of every candle. If you get out at every TDI ...

Thats great, but I dont understand why anyone even needs an alert indi. All you have to do it check for a TDI cross at the start of the next candle. It's the same for any timeframe you may trade.

I know it wouldn't be the actual pips travelled because the candles are averaged HA candles. But, I was thinking having a measurment in pips that is considered to small would be good thing. That is left click and hold and drag to measure candle in ...

EU +250 ish — Currently up +250 on EU short from yesterday. +140 locked in with postive sl This makes up for a -140 long on GU earlier in the week, which I stubbornly held onto, (figured it wouldn't break below the last range),even though the ...

Keep in mind GJ can move 50-100 pips very very quickly. Not a pair I would recommend for anyone new to trading at all. If you are new I would go with EU and or GU.

Just entered GU long on a cross. Not a perfect by the rules entry though. I wanted to wait until after the first USD news was already reported. So entry was on second candle a 1 HR and 40 minutes into the candle, and 40 pips past the start. But, it ...

I just switch back and forth between time frames and back to 4H to see the current angle. That is pretty common with these types of indicators that draw lines and such. You can also just hit refresh on your chart I believe.

My grid. — This one comes with a lot of verticle time lines, so you'll have to find that line option in settings and set the color to none. Otherwise you get to many annoying lines, when you just want the horizontal ones.

I have similar indi to mark round number. I recommend every 00 & 50 Or a simpler way to see it every 50 pip increment. My my broker is 5 digits, so in the indi I actually have to enter it as 500 pips for it to come out to the correct 50 pip ...

Yep tottally agree. Technically that is 100% correct. But, other than very long term trend traders that stay in for 1000's of pips, you'd be hard pressed to find a trader who could stick with an edge that loses 9 out of 10 but comes out ahead in the ...

I got stopped out at BE. EU, GU, AU. often corolate in the same direction. so, I use that as well to judge. Didn't like what I was seeing on those so I put sl to break even. I was hoping it would break through the round number, but it bounced off. ...

Here is a list of what I do: 1. I look first and formost to lock in my initial risk. So, if I risk 100 pips I look to lock that in as soon as I can. And move my stop loss postive. 2. But.... I also watch S&R and round number. Round numbers being ...
