There are actually indicators can send an alert though its not an EA. I just know that when I have trades open, it will actually send an alert involving my existing trades, but does no actual trading as I recall.

I have attached three pairs from yesterday. The psychological problem is if one can stomach the reversals as you have said. From what I know, to be safe, the closing candle should be above/below all MAs along with the RSI 50 line.

I had tried this system many months ago, there are big drawdowns that I just gave up on it. It does have a lot of potential if you have a large account that can withstand the losses.

tkimble If you are in a trade, and the entire closing candle crosses back below/above the 5 SMA, would you exit even though it has not crossed the 3 Moving Average filters, and RSI is still good?
