Thanks, I have been setting my trade and being patient to get the 20 pips....takes all day sometimes in the Asian session The Euro session means I am sitting up late, London opens at 6pm.. I am ready for bed at 9pm !!!!...but I think I shall burn ...

It may help to stay with one pair...ie GBP USD , I have used Claudia advice and read all the posts on this great thread and come up with a plan...so far so good image
