...i find a quick check on eur/gbp helps determine which horse to back in this instance, when on the 5min both gbpusd and eurusd are trending in the same direction.

Great advice, i have been in the habit of trading fixed stops and progress has been slow. The trailing stops on a 5min TF will quicken the equity pace and make the curve much smoother Feb, what time of day do you tend to cease taking 5min setups ...

...caught the EU break down using 20/20...beginning to recoup some of my earlier losses (using another method) nicely now....thanks for rekindling my interest in the lower TFs.
