      it's the same reaction as any QE3 talk in the US. Even if they don't actually cut the rates or implement QE, the market takes this information as already assuming they will. If and when they actually do, the move itself won't result in much change.

      it's certainly a fundamental game-changer, and not a typical retracement. It reminds me of back in February or March when everyone was pricing in a rate cut and the RBA stood still.
