Might still be a little early to say, but bearish momentum seems to have slowed down. Yet another pennant has been formed on the charts with a new higher low.

Uptrend completed, next wave would be a bearish one bringing it down to ~1.9820-1.9825 before resuming a major bullish trend for the next hour or so.

On the smaller timeframes it is clear that prices are being pushed up slowly. On the 15 minutes, a hammer has formed. I would say for the next few hours it will be in a uptrend possibly up to one of the fib levels, followed by bearish candles again.
