Yes it probably is... However the fear for the ECB is that if the USD ever did reach parity the Euro would most likely disappear. Hence why its continually bouncing between the 50% and 61.8% Fibonacchi.

Sorry to disagree, but the euro is on its way down. I just closed a very large Buy and then saw the light at the end of the tunnel, (it was a train and not the end of the tunnel) so I got before I got flattened LOL
