The more volatile pairs with bigger ranges (GBP and CHF) seem to do the best with the 150 or 300 S/L and the wins are consistently more than 10 to 1 on all the timeframes I've tried. Just my observation on backtesting v1.1 so far.

small correction — Actually GBP turns out well also with 77W/4L from 1/1/06 - 7/13/06 turning 10k into 15.85k but EURO and JPY don't do much of anything. So it looks like GBP and CHF with the settings I have listed above work well.

ACM offers OCO and if/then but I think they only allow minimum 100k lots, not even 10k lots. They have the smallest spreads also that I've seen. But of course they don't meet all your requirements.
