I've read in various places that they are the largest Australian forex broker. I believe it to be true as well

Yes, bank transfers within Australia are free (ie a withdrawal from an Australian based broker to your own Australian bank account) Deposits too

No need, bank transfers are next day at worst and are free

What was the issue? I haven't really been having any with Axi lately. I suppose you could hope they read the thread but you would be alot more likely to get some action by contacting them. Most brokers don't participate on forums as the few that do ...

I think that was the week where all the tick scalper brokers suffered some pretty extreme slippage on huge volatility wasn't it? So maybe not really an Axi issue more a market issue if I rememeber rightly. It does seem good lately anyway.

I am told moneybookers is a withdrawal option with Axitrader now, it might not be on their new website just yet as an option, but that should be fixed soon I hope. I don't really need it myself as an aussie customer so I wasn't sure how it worked.

Axitrader have very good spreads and daily candles close at 5pm EST. Withdrawals via bank transfer or CC/moneybookers possibly. I just use bank transfer personally.

I can confirm this happens on plenty of brokers from time to time. You just need to contact the broker and they should investigate the issue and usually reimburse you in some way
