Yes, it will. Specifically, it works on the M5, M15, and M30 timeframes, although, as you mentioned, the number of signals are higher on the M5 timeframe, and less on the M15 and M30 timeframes.

Please note, the arrows appear at the close of the candle. I.e. once the arrow appears, this is informing us of the direction of the very next candle.
