Actually there are 2 values for the ewave on the hourly chart... one is 1291.6 and the other is 1290.4 (depends on the count/alternate count)

Higher time frame is always more credible... One should start at the higher tf then move lower even in terms of analysis. What makes it more credible is if the lower time frames are in line with the higher time frames... 1 hr is not really ...

Very well articulated - Sounds just about right to me... Your 3rd subwave can also be further subdivided into a minor 5 subwave which makes it more plausible as it fits the (extension rule)... Lets hope it stays/closes above 1290. Good luck!

As far as your buy is concerned... I think as long as geo political risks escalate then that is a decent buy level... However iF they don't then I would be cautious; as brent has broken important support levels... Oil can go a lot lower!
