I think the bottom indicator that he uses is the Mega FX (attached). I won't swear to it but I'm pretty sure it repaints. As for the yellow dots on the chart, I have no idea but they look too good not to repaint.

In case you haven't already found it, try this HAMA2 indicator. It is exactly like the HA smooth but without the tails. On the HA Smooth I use a setting of 2, 3, 1, 1 - the equivalent on the HAMA2 is 2, 3, and then whatever width you want.
