ok guys here is an update for this method if your day trading just use the 30 min timeframe chart its got par sar enter in line with cci and par sar not on candle close in real time when dot comes an EA would be good for this

simple just ckick moving average and drag to the cci then it will ask you for the parimeters 100 sma shift 10 first indicators data

most stops are around 20 - 50 pips if you make say a 300 pip runner and you lose 5 trades at 50 pips that's -250 but you made 300 so that's = + 50 let the runners run and let the losers be cut short
