I use 5M charts. I prefer tick charts, but I have to use MT4 for my broker so

That is interesting... it does open up some further debate regarding how different time/tick frames can generate different perceptions. But as always, the best course of action is to apply consistent methodology to the TF you trade

I think some valid points got raised recently about terminology ("order flow"). I have one of my own: when people talk about "new structure high" and "new structure low" are they just referring to a new swing high or low? So a "new structure high" ...

For me and my personality, the challenge is accepting imperfection and uncertainty. The psychological aspect of the game is one of the most difficult things, I think.

That sucks! I know the various arguments... news just accelerates price to where it was going anyway, or otherwise prices corrects itself quickly afterwards, but I just stay away from high impact news events.
