Does anybody know the negative in employment change means what? Last time news actual is -64.4k If there is no unemployment, the data should be 0 right? What does it mean when it comes to negative?

I trade with 1H TF during Londong session. GBP/CHF SL -58pips image AUD/JPY SL -30pips image EUR/CHF SL -44pips image Will be good if you can tell me where am I doing wrong.
