Timeframe just allows for easy visual representation of price, so it doesn't matter. I only tend to trade the lower timeframes just so I can get in and out of trades faster.

imo best way to touch trade FLs without engulf is to trade the fakeout. Look for important FL and look for any strong demand/supply/FTR sitting on/under the FL where price can fakeout to and touch trade from there.
