lawgirl21 replied Sep 27, 2010The trendlines ARE LL/LH, but most new traders are confused by that. Of course trendlines ARE directional bias. RSI merely is a visual to confirm, that most people can look at and understand instantly. Of course RSI directions ARE following the ...

lawgirl21 replied Sep 27, 2010Why not? Each is different with different styles of trading..this one looks to PA more than the 2 others that I have seen. How many trend trading methods are there? Probably 100's. How many breakout systems are there? Probably 100's....I could go on ...

lawgirl21 replied Sep 27, 2010Depends on what day trend is checked..weekly trend does indeed change. I have found that it is not "reliable", meaning it is not totally set, until about midweek. I re-checked the RSI for these 3 trades on all TFs and it was, indeed, showing the ...

lawgirl21 replied Sep 27, 2010After initial scan, drawing of TLs, taking note of PA and looking at S/R levels, it does not matter so much what the RSI does on the H4 and I never pay attention to H1 RSI...BUT if I have entered a trade, I want the weekly trend to "stay with me".

lawgirl21 replied Sep 27, 2010It's as simple as it sounds. PA hits or taps the trendline for a third time. It's really a pullback before trend continuation.

lawgirl21 replied Sep 27, 2010I have no S/R indicator...just zoom out on a weekly chart and mark levels, then go to daily and mark those levels. I use daily levels more than any other for H4 trades.

lawgirl21 replied Sep 27, 2010Hi Pervaz...my trade is a pure channel trade. It's the same daily chart as last weeks. Monthly, weekly, daily, H4 all long. I am looking for PA to tap upper channel line, pull back, then go to 1.5970 which is major resistence level. May take a ...

lawgirl21 replied Sep 27, 2010No, it was on an EA that I use and have made alot of money on (but had two big losses also). It trades only on GU on H1 chart and only looks for trades between 4:00p.m. and 5:00pm PST. It's the EA I asked a few days ago if anyone was interested in.
