Ronald Raygun replied May 30, 2010You should probably know that not all brokers take the opposite of your trades. There's a difference between a true broker, and a market-maker. One is merely a conduit to a market, and the other is a local market / darkpool.

Ronald Raygun replied May 29, 2010My best EA hits anywhere between 2% and 1,000% on a given day with minimal drawdown. Unlike you akukaya, I don't aim for an EA to make consistent money like a bond would.

Ronald Raygun replied May 29, 2010For future reference, the Optimization tab is meant for setting restrictions on EAs. E.G. You don't want to see any passes with more than 50% drawdown, or if the balance goes below $200, or if there are x consecutive losses.
