I hope it works well for you.... I only get chopped up between 1100 - 1300 EST......so I just dont trade the NY lunch hours But maybe thats just me and I suck at it...either way....I step aside so as not to give back the mornings $$

I mostly trade the first 2-3 hours in the morning....sit out for lunch 11-1300 est...then trade the afternoon.....it seems to have some nice trends with about 2 hours of lunch time nonsense that i avoid

Thanks Turnip...I have been around, just not posting much because I am spending all of my time trading futures and not currencies. I trade the Nasdaq 100 and I use a "tick" chart set at 1350....smooths it out really nice

Billy...Take a look at the Nasdaq 100 futures....a lot smoother and easier to trade in my opinion (this is where I spend about 90% of my trading efforts) and just as much bang for your buck
