I've always looked for the entire bar to be inside the previous bar. I think Sho uses that definition too but I could be wrong.

I guess experienced players would have taken the short break of that M15 IB after the clear divergence. I'm not that confident yet.

M15 triangle has just broken to downside. Looking for momentum and break of demand zone just below before considering shorts though.

Shame but plenty more opportunities around the corner. I don't think I'll take the next IB break as I don't like selling into strong demand. If you see how price shot out of that 3024 level last time then you can see why I'm worried.

Took the IB short on EU. Aiming for next demand zone around 1.3024 UPDATE: Cut with +13. 15M looks like recovering.
