This is exactly what I've been saying. Most(including myself), do not have the disposable income to throw at a forex account. So you trade a small account, and even if you are very good (7-10% monthly), you don't make life changing money. You still ...

Most intelligent post in this entire thread.

It's just a risk off statement in general. USD and JPY strengthen. You see USD/JPY went down, not up.

Yes, Koop 100% agree. Even if you do have $300K disposable income to trade with, why put your own money at risk when such opportunities are available?

You make valid points as well. For me, this works, their rules are simple, can't have more than 5% DD in a day and can never have 10% dd of original amount. I risk about 0.3 % per trade and am able to generate an average of 0.5% per day, so my style ...

What is the size of the average retail forex account? 5K? 10K? Even if you are a phenomenal trader and earn 10% per month, what are you making $1,000 per month. Not even worth getting out of bed for. Yes, you can compound, if you want to keep a ...

Yes, you are right. Everyone has 300K lying around to deposit with a forex broker. Even after the split, it's like trading a 210K account. They refund your challenge fee, so if you're good enough, it actually cost you nothing to trade a 210K account ...

I understand, but profit on what beginning balance? If it's a 1,000,000 account, you would not pass. If it's a 100,00 account you would not pass. I understand you are trying to determine if you'd pass a 10,000 challenge, but are you saying you ...

OK, so where is the beginning balance? Would definitely need that to analyze if you'd pass. Only thing showing is deposit 3.80 and your ending balance. What else could I assume based on what you posted?

C'mon now, it's really simple to figure out. No need to post the results in an effort to show off. Going from 3.80 to 2859.87 in 25 days is not impressive, it just shows how over-leveraged you were and amount luck you had during that period (well, ...

You should really research before posting incorrect info. Suppose some based their decision based on your post. Based on the correct info, I'll rephrase, I plan on having a 1,200,000 account in 32 months. You've posted 4 times in this thread and ...

I agree 100%. Any good system can make money, the skill in trading is your risk management. You can have two people trading the same exact system, one is profitable, the other constantly blowing accounts. If a "good" trader is losing 5% in a day, ...

I agree. The response of $400K per month was sarcasm. When people post passing the challenge in one trade, it always makes me laugh. Gambling at it's finest.

Now if you could just do that every day on a funded account. On a 300K account, your share would be $400,000 per month. I'm going to be very happy with my $20,000 per month.

Is it still offered? My understanding is FTMO Server is only option now. Which I believe is a combination of LMAX with 1 or more additional LP's. Not 100% sure though. It was my only option though.
