My pulse always goes through the roof when I move more than one BTC. Sending a small fraction of a bitcoin as a test transaction is always best practices.

Libra(FB's cryptocurrency) and Bitcoin are not correlated. If no one uses Libra, bitcoin will not be affected. However if Libra does attract a significant user base, bitcoin will also see new user adoption and capital inflows.
