Here is Version 3.20 of the indicator. You can change the colors of the up/down arrows, and enable/disable alerts, emails and mobile notifications.

Multiple arrows/alerts on the same bar is not allowed. But on different bars you may receive alerts and arrows if the timeframe of the chart and the timeframe you set in the input settings of the indicator are different.
