USDCAD pierced today the 100 SMA in the 4H chart and the 30 SMA has crossed above the 50 SMA, plus we broke above last week's high, so according to my system this pair is red flagged for the time being.

Forget it, it's impossible to sustain such results. Michael Jordan scored over 60 points in one match a few times throughout his career, but his average at the end was in the high 20s. Search for sustained growth, not equity spikes.

Shooting for 80 pips per day is just insane. Tone it down few notches, be more conservative. Dont trade like a machine gun soldier, trade like a snipper. Cherry pick your trades, no more than one or two setups per day.

Step away from 1 minute time frames, and probably the 5 mins too. For intraday trading, you can perfectly do it off 1H and 15mins charts. Research a little bit about the London Open Breakout strategy.
