      Clive thanks, yes the trade survived by just 1 pip. The SL position is explained here. And SL application for me, with this system, is discretionary at present; although I maintain the 1:3 RR rule.

      I placed it 3pips below the low of the 2hr period used to generate the sessions bias; penetration of that low, according to the rules, is a reversal, ie. shorts. ………although it doesn’t look like its going to help me.

      Yes, applying discretion (and experience) will change the traders results. And including them confounds our ability to accurately measure the “systems” profitability. Which defeats the purpose of the thread……….because we are not all measuring the ...

      i see what you have done, but how to turn this into an objective rule for future application for your system, i'm trying to weed out discretion, hence i saw only a buy as posted earlier
