They banned selling short if you don't own the stock. If you own the stock you can still sell it.

Moe, I thought the serious decline of the DJIA began aroudn 11,6k or am I wrong? I figured we'd retrace that fall and then bukkake again.

Yep I don't agree with the bailout at all but it is what it is. AJ and AU should outperform this week for sure.
