      if you say so bud but look across the pairs ... USD is making fresh all time and multi year lows vs. almost every currency.... to me this spells an ass kicking...

      the reason it is such a big deal is because historically govt bonds evade haircuts because they are widely viewed as being immune to default risk.... this move from the CME was very ballsy in saying what the rating agencies wont..
